About Namaste North

Echoing their tagline, "A place to grow. Be messy, Learn. Love fiercely, Get sweaty. Dream," Namaste North is a client-centered yoga studio that promotes health, wellness, and fun through the blend of traditional yoga classes they offer alongside more modernized flows. Their sessions focus on making connections between instructors and students and this is also why they encourage any yogi, no matter how inexperienced, to participate. Specialty classes include hot yoga and pilates, "Namaslay," a yoga class by candlelight that incorporates hip-hop music, and "OMMM," a class promoting movement, meditation, and mantras for participants to set mindful goals.
