When Paul Tomlinson and Dave Kersey first opened Toad ‘n’ Turtle Pubhouse & Grill, they had a vision to reinvent traditional English pub fare. Using nothing but the finest ingredients, they and their team of Red Seal chefs began crafting masterful dishes without sacrificing that authentic pub dining feel. Their meats, for instance, come smoked in-house using a variety of hardwoods such as apple and hickory and feature them in the many location-specific dishes.   • Small Bites and Shareables: classic apps with a new-age spin highlighted by the coconut prawns served with a garlic ginger dipping sauce
