About Holy Smokez BBQ

The succulent meats of Holy Smokez BBQ are crafted by a husband-and-wife team and their adult children. The shop is the dream of Rick, who was able to open in September of 2012 with help from his eldest daughter, Melanie, after working in the food industry for three decades and learning the secrets of smoked meats. Rick's wife, Robin, serves as Rib Master, preparing 24hr dry rub and marinated smoked meats that melt in the mouth. Youngest daughter Jaimie Lee, the newest member to the family business, has always had a passion for food and has worked in the industry for the past 7 years. When it's time to smoke meats, mix house-made sauces, or prep sides of cornbread and and potato salad, everyone pitches in. While Holy Smokez BBQ is primarily a take-out restaurant, customers can also vie for the 10 seats in the quaint dining area.
