About United Family Martial Arts

Historically, martial arts have been a family tradition—cultures have passed their practices along generations throughout centuries. United Family Martial Arts embraces this family-focused tradition, encouraging parents to join children in the physical and spiritual journey of learning martial arts.

The school offers kinder and kids' karate classes as well as adult karate and aerobic kickboxing. It equips its facilities with experienced instructors (each CPR/first-aid trained) who motivate while effectively teaching self-defense techniques in expansive, padded training areas. United Family also equips its studios with changing rooms and showers as well as parent viewing areas for monitoring children's progress.
