In a soft atmosphere, a reminder of an Asian twilight, Bleu Caramel welcomes you with a Japanese tasting menu and a touch of Korean gastronomy. Two miso soups a $3 value each Goma salad a $6 value Seaweed and sesame seeds Kimchi a $3 value Korean cabbage marinated in spicy sauce Beef Gyoza Mandoo a $6 value Stuffed Korean ravioli JMDTT a $14 value Warm maki, 8 pieces tilapia, tuna and salmon tartares in a spicy marinade and tempura Usuyama a $16.50 value Assortment of 12 pieces makis and nigiris Geisha’s Caprice a $7 value Fresh seasonal fruits covered with dark Barry chocolate   While comfortably installed on cushions or in booths, dining pairs dig their appetite with miso soups and a Goma salad composed of marinated seaweed and sesame seeds. These Japanese appetizers are followed with two Korean specialties a Kimchi, which is a portion of cabbage marinated in spicy sauce, and raviolis stuffed with beef, called Gyoza Mandoo. Tasted buds, stimulated with these exotic flavors, are ready for the 20 pieces of sushis, served by attentive and polite waiters. First, the JMDTT maki roll combines the smooth texture of tilapia, salmon, and tuna tartar with the crunchiness of tempura and the spiciness of a homemade marinade. Visitors can alternate between these warm makis and the 12 assorted pieces of makis and nigiris prepared by the chef. Gourmets end their dinner sharing a Geisha’s Caprice, a delicious dessert of fresh fruit covered in dark chocolate. Bleu Caramel In an intimate Asian décor accentuated with tones of blue, the team at Bleu Caramel restaurant proposes a menu created for the client’s health and gastronomic pleasure. From main dishes to sauces, Japanese and Korean specialities are prepared with fresh ingredients and no MSG.
