One main dish per person, choose from:
Burger wild boar, sauce BBQ smoked cheese, melted grain, fried onions, homemade brioche bread, and homemade fries
Mussels, chorizo, tomatoes and peppers, saffron, white wine and market vegetables, homemade fries
Butcher's choice cut of 1855 beef (grass fed) grilled, sauce of the day, mesclun, and homemade fries
Homemade gnocchis (sour cream with spinach, fresh goat cheese, vegetables and mushrooms from the market), (smoked bacon for an additional $3)
 Sautéed cauliflower couscous, tomato and strawberry salsa, tarragon yogurt, lime and poppy seed

The choice of dishes is likely to vary depending on the season and the inspiration of the chef. If so, dishes are replaced by products of equivalent quality and range.
