Students complete this course at their own pace, but it will normally take no more than 150 hours. They study biology and nutrition with a view to gaining employment in these areas.

Several topics are explored in detail over 14 modules. By learning about the main systems of the human body and the role that nutrition plays, students will learn how to create balanced, personalized diet plans, by taking into consideration nutrition, exercise, supplements and dietary disorders and more. This course also covers specialist diets including for clients that are vegetarian, sick, obese, or suffering from food allergies. In addition, participants will learn how to successfully manage their client base.

Full tutor support is provided throughout who will provide constructive feedback on assessments in the form of quizzes and written questions. A certificate is awarded upon successful completion of the course.

Centre of Excellence Online
