  • Beginner’s level for kids aged 10 and up (Fridays from 8:15 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.)
  • Intermediate level for kids aged 8 and up (Saturdays from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.)
  • Advanced level for kids aged 8 and up (Saturdays from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.)
  • Elite level for kids aged 8 and up (Saturday from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.)
• $99 for a complete semester of recreational cheerleading ($220 value)
  • White Category for kids ages 3 to 5 (Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
  • Black Category for kids ages 5 to 7 (Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
  • Pink Cateogry for kids ages 7 to 12 (Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.)

Flyers All-Starz

At the time of its creation in 2005, Flyers All-Starz was the first gym in Canada dedicated entirely to cheerleading. This Pierrefonds association boasts over 400 podium wins at the provincial, national, and international levels. As of the tender age of 3 years old, young athletes can participate in recreational cheerleading, competitive cheerleading, tumbling, or trampolining classes given by certified, experienced and passionate coaches; no experience required.

Discipline-specific training areas are available to the athletes as well as all the equipment required to keep safe while practicing. There is also a homework room, kitchen and dining room, and free WiFi access. Parents and friends are all invited to the year-end show to admire the youngsters’ skills.
