Every summer for 35 years, hot-air balloons have been invading the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu sky! Come and watch the enormous hot-air balloons float by while enjoying musical performances by internationally renowned musicians at the International Balloon Festival, from August 11 to 19, 2018.

• $20 for a regular ticket (ages 16 and +) to attend on a day of your choice ($31.44 value) 
• $54 for a family package including 2 regular tickets and 2 youth tickets to attend on a day of your choice ($77.44 value)

There is no shortage of things to do at this festival. In addition to a huge park of inflatable games, rides and climbing wall over 10m high, little ones can enjoy many fun activities. Throughout the site, visitors can attend stand-up comedy shows and music pieces and nibble on a picnic in the relaxation areas.

Once evening falls, attention turns to the main stage, where local and international artists get the crowd moving and grooving. From rock to pop, there’s something for everyone. This year, artists such as Simple Plan, Marc Dupré, Tom Cochrane avec Red Rider, Patrice Michaud, Yann Perreau, Isabelle Boulay, Loud and many more will take to the stage.

International Balloon Festival of Saint-Jean-sur Richelieu

This internationally-renowned festival features the largest collection of hot-air balloons in the country, and is fun for all they family. Each year, it brings an average of 450 000 visitors to Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
