Bungee jumpers of all levels enjoy a thrilling activity supervised by experienced instructors.
Guests arrive at Great Canadian Bungee 30 to 45 minutes before their jump for an information session, to install the harness and get on the jumping platform. Depending on the desired intensity and comfort during the experienced, participants can be attached by the ankles or waist.
With their beating heart and increasing excitement, customers stand at the end of a 200-ft. high platform, waiting for the instructor’s countdown. Once it’s time, they do a free jump over the crystal-clear water of Morrison’s Quarry, where they can go for a swim after their jump. At their adrenaline peak, participants are sent back flying in a 160-ft. bounce, which is higher than other Canadian jumps.
To keep a memory of this unique experience, customers can buy a DVD of their jump, which is not included in this deal.
Participants can enjoy the site at the edge of the former quarry while they’re waiting or to enjoy the day. Picnic areas, a volleyball field and a supervised beach provide great outdoor moments.
Great Canadian Bungee
Located 30 minutes north of Ottawa, the center is at the edge of Morrison’s Quarry’s crystal-clear water and offers safe and intense activities. The 200-ft. bungee platform allows guests to enjoy the highest bungee jump in Canada. With the RIPRIDE, participants are attached to the 1,015-ft. long zipline and fly over the scenic lake at an average speed of 85 km/h.
