Customers choosing the First Flight package board a Robinson RH44 for flight lasting 8 minutes over a 25-km flight plan. They take off from Mirabel and fly over the airport’s facilities while enjoying a panoramic view of the Laurentians and Montreal. They even receive a First Flight diploma upon completion!

Those choosing the Exploratory Flight package, also board a Robinson RH44, and take off toward the Laurentians flying over lac Écho and lac Connelly during a 20-minute flight. They also pass by Sainte-Anne-des-Lacs and fly over the facilities at Mirabel Airport on their return.

Finally, during the Introductory Pilot training package, helicopter enthusiasts attend a 30- to 45-minute ground training to ensure a safe flight. Then, they take off on a Robinson RH44 for the 7- to 8-minute flight or on a RH22 for the 15-minute flight, and take control of the helicopter. Upon completion, participants receive a diploma showing their initiation to helicopter flight.

Hélipsair

Located next to Montreal–Mirabel International Airport, the Hélipsair centre provides training to aspiring pilots. The school also manages a considerable fleet of helicopters and provides helicopter rentals. In addition to Hélipsair’s training aspect, it also offers recreational flights.
