Karaté Budokai Académie
With Karaté Budokai Académie, Okinawa is only a stone’s throw away. Group classes lasting 45 minutes allow students from ages 4 and up to get to grips with this ancient technique, no matter what their skill level. As well as improving fitness and self-defence skills, karate develops self-confidence, coordination and concentration. The school has three locations, in Ville-Émard, Lasalle and Ahuntsic-Cartierville.
