The all-you-can-eat Turnstile menu features red meat and poultry specialities cooked and served on large skewers according to Brazilian tradition. Waiters glide from table to table searching for green signs, which signal them to carve juicy slices of filet mignon, smoked turkey breast with bacon, lamb or pork sausages in patrons’ plate.
All dishes are served with salad, rice and sautéed mushrooms, with ice cream or grilled pineapple for dessert.
A red or white wine, preselected by Le Milsa, is offered to guests to savour during the feast.
