Other conditions: please come to the appointment without any eye makeup (surcharge of $10 for make-up removal). If you've already used eyelash extensions, you'll be charged $25 for the removal of your old extensions. Extensions must remain at a minimum of 60% for fills to count, otherwise additional fees apply. The appointment for refills must be made no later than 15 days after the appointment for extensions. One coupon at a time per client per visit. Only one client at a time. Valid only for the option purchased. Can not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Not combinable.
