In the kitchen at Le Milsa, cooks specialize in grilling fish, poultry and 9 types of meats which the wait staff serves in the Brazilian churrascaria style. Waiters glide from table to table searching for green signs, which signal them to carve juicy slices of filet mignon, turkey breast with bacon, or lamb tableside for carnivores who choose The Turnstile. In the exotic ambiance of the spacious dining room, staffers drop off platefuls of salmon or whole cornish game hen, both grilled on charcoal.

All dishes are served with salad, rice and sautéed mushrooms, with ice cream or grilled pineapple for dessert.
