About This Deal
A true holiday tradition for the past 45 years, Les Grands Ballets’ The Nutcracker mesmerizes children of all ages and allows adults to dive back in the colourful and imaginary world of childhood. On Christmas Eve, Clara’s family is gathered around the Christmas tree to celebrate. Her eccentric godfather, Herr Drosselmeyer, gives her a nutcracker. In a fit of jealousy, Clara’s brother, Fritz, steals it away from her and breaks it Thankfully, Herr Drosselmeyer happens to be a bit of a magician and repairs it for her. Later that night, when everyone is asleep, Clara wakes up to check on her precious nutcracker. Suddenly the room is invaded by an army of mice fighting against a regiment of tin soldiers. Caught in the mix, Clara faces imminent danger. The nutcracker transforms into a prince to protect his beloved owner. He leads Clara to the Land of Snow and the Kingdom of Sweets where she will experience astoundingly magical adventures. Les Grands Ballets 50 Years and Still Dancing Founded in 1957, Les Grands Ballets remains loyal to the essence of classical ballet while constantly exploring new territories, presenting modern revisions of classic ballets.
