Mont Sainte-Marie
On top of Mont Sainte-Marie peaks, which dominate the Lac Sainte-Marie region in Outaouais, skiers, snowboarders and hikers enjoy a panoramic view of the foothills, lakes and villages. The Cheval Blanc peak challenges experienced skiers and snowboarders with 1,325 vertical feet of steeps. On the Vanier side, long family-friendly trails known for spectacular views and a relaxed pace allow novices to learn the ropes of these winter sports and perfect their techniques. A snowschool hosts classes for ages four and up and a snowpark welcomes thrill-seeking skiers and snowboarders wishing to practice tricks on rails, pipes and jumps.
