Guided by a visually impaired member of the service team, clients take their seat in the pitch-black dining room to savor skillfully prepared, unique creations.

As soon as the appetizer arrives, clients engage all of their senses, except for sight, and focus on the dish subtle flavors that take them to a whole new level. For example, they are pleasantly surprised by the gin and pink pepper trout and salmon gravlax, duck confit rillette with blueberry and shallot marmalade or the wild mushroom salad with mint feta cheese.

This French-style culinary journey continues with the entree featuring shrimps, lamb, beef, chicken or a vegetarian speciality. Patrons savor their main dish with its respective side dish for a complete gourmet experience.

At the end of the meal, guests enjoy their last minutes in darkness sipping tea of coffee before they get their sight back.

In complete darkness, patrons experience blindness for the time of a meal, guided by a team of visually-impaired waiters who entered the job market thanks to this restaurant.
