Ô6 Sens restaurant combines fun and gastronomy to create an original sensory experience in Québec City.
- Let your nose guide you: Guests are guided by visually-impaired servers and plunged into darkness before enjoying some refined cuisine made from local, seasonal ingredients in a fun environment.
- An adventure to spice up your life: The tasting menu allows groups to share their thoughts and try to work out together what they are eating. A new theme is featured each month like “International” or “Forest fruits”… But diners must wait for the end of the meal before the contents of the menu is revealed in person by the chef: Maxime Deschamps.
- Community-based initiative: The restaurant does everything necessary to ensure their servers independence while at work, as well as contributing a portion of the profits to organisations that support the blind and visually impaired like MIRA and the CAECITAS foundation.
