The tasting begins by one appetizer per person from eight different options such as fish soup with a seafood medley or Caprese salad with sliced tomatoes and Buffalo Mozarella. It is followed by three or six tapas selected from a menu offering 27 different choices including gnocchi with truffles, garlic snails and tartar. Last but not least, each guest savours the dessert of the day.
