Initiate your children into karate or get fit for the summer with United Gym.

Choose from the following options:

• $12 for one month of unlimited karate classes for children ($38.33 value)
• $19 for two months of unlimited karate classes for children ($58 value)
• $29 for one month of unlimited access to the gym and sports classes and a one-hour consultation with a personal trainer ($189 value)
• $55 for two months of unlimited access to the gym and sports classes and a one-hour consultation with a personal trainer ($278 value)

Children follow their karate classes at United “Mixed” Gym. For one or two months, they learn and practice the traditional methods of Kyokushin, and they become strong fighters while integrating the values of the sport.

Adults who want to be initiated to this sport have access to the karate classes with the options of unlimited gym access. The karate classes are available at United “Mixed” Gym only.

At both locations, those who want to buy the options with unlimited gym access can also enjoy several fitness classes offered on site. Those who train at United “Ladies” Gym enjoy the spa services available on site (additional fees), such as massage therapy, beauty and hairdressing services ($).

United Gym

Open since 1979 in Montréal’s east end, United Gym runs two locations in Saint-Léonard. United “Mixed” Gym offers 35,000 sq. ft. installations and cutting-edge equipment for efficient training. The Ohan brothers teach the basics of Kyokushin karate to adults and children. United “Ladies” Gym offer a pleasing and private environment for women only, where they can train in good faith. This location also includes a spa with massage, beauty and hairdressing services (with additional fees). Child care services are available for mothers, upon reservation.
